Newborns Change So Fast And They Are Not Tiny For Long!
Let’s capture the special moments before you blink and they are gone.
Shooting newborn photography is such a blessing. We believe in natural light and simple backdrops to highlight the wrinkly squishy skin, chubby cheeks and tiny hands. Shooting a newborn session in the first two weeks creates images of a very sleepy, curled up bub. Newborn’s change so much in the first few weeks but sometimes this is quite a tight timeline to fit into so we can do newborn sessions up to 4 months.
Sessions In Baby’s Environment
Having a brand new baby is stressful enough so we love to capture newborn’s at their home. This takes the pressure off as we come to you. Not only does this make everyone at ease as you are in your own space but it also ensures that each session is unique as we include the personal touches such as the nursery that you have lovingly prepared, keepsakes and fur siblings. Newborn sessions are never rushed and we take as long as we need as baby will want a break for a cuddle, a feed or a change. We always follow bubs cues and work around your baby.
It is hard to lock in a time as we don’t know for sure when bub will arrive. We would love to hear from you so that we can plan around your due date then the actual date of the session will be adjusted when you are settled back at home after having bub.
Newborn Photography Session Packages
To lock in your newborn photography session a session fee of $150 is required. After the newborn session when you come in to view the images you will be spoilt for choice with plenty of photographs to select from. As a studio we don’t believe in high pressure sales, so rest assured at the viewing session you have total freedom to select only the images you love.
We can offer a wide range of packages to choose from or you can order individual items, it’s totally up to you. You can choose from high resolution digital images to print yourself or our high quality finished wall art that includes aluminium, metallic paper and framed canvas. Print prices start at $70 and our all-inclusive luxury packages that can include digital images and finished wall art range from $770 to $2500. If you are unsure of what to hang where we can visit your home to help you decide what size enlargement would work best for which wall.
